Below are all of the treatments which we offer at Chloe Sports Therapy, you will also find these on the online booking system. Please note that not all treatments are appropriate for every individual. Any treatment discussed will be on a case-by-case basis, guided by clinical reasoning

Injury Assessment and Treatment

45 - 60 mins - £50

This involves taking a history of your injury to gain an understanding of the main concerns you are experiencing. We will then conduct a range of observational and physical testing methods to establish an accurate diagnosis of your injury. Following this we will apply various relevant treatments to aid both your symptoms and the source of the problem. 

Follow Up Treatment

45 - 60 mins - £45

Follow up appointments are for existing customers and may be recommended after your initial assessment has been completed. Follow up appointments will include a range of treatments which will be discussed with you at the time of your appointment.

Deep Tissue Massage

30 mins - £35

60 mins - £45

This involves a deep tissue massage and is suitable if you are looking for a firm pressure massage. This is suitable for both sport and occupation-related muscular issues as our aim is to reduce deeper muscular tightness. Avaialable as a 30 - minute or 60 - minute appointment

Sports Massage

30 mins - £35

60 mins - £45

This involves deep tissue massage techniques applied to a specific problematic area of the body. This is available as a 30-minute or 60-minute appointment, which is suitable for both sport and occupation-related muscular issues. If you would like us to work on multiple areas, we recommend booking a 60 minute slot.

 

Swedish Massage

30 mins - £35

60 mins - £45

This service involves a light pressure, Swedish-style massage that aims to optimise relaxation and recovery after regular training or to provide relief from day to day aches and pains. This is available as a 30-minute or 60 - minute appointment which is suitable for both sport and occupation-related muscular issues.

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound therapy uses high-frequency sound waves to stimulate deep soft tissues, such as muscles, ligaments, and tendons, for healing and pain relief. The sound waves create a thermal vibration which increases blood circulation, promotes cellular repair, reduces inflammation and muscle spasms, and helps break down scar tissue.

Cupping Massage

Cupping Massage is a therapeutic method that uses suction cups placed on the skin to create a vacuum, which pulls the underlying tissue upwards. This helps with blood flow, muscle pain and muscle tension, drain excess fluids, and promotes blood flow to the surface of the skin and muscle.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM)

IASTM is a manual therapy technique where specialised metal tools are used to  manipulate and release soft tissues like muscles, tendons, and scar tissue. This can help by working deeper than traditional massage to break down scar tissue, increase blood flow, improve range of motion, and reduce pain.

Pulsio Compression Boot Therapy

30 Mins Compression Therapy - £35

60 Mins Massage + Compression Therapy - £45

Compression Boot Therapy uses our Pulsio Compression Boots for legs. Our compression boots have 4 chambers covering the whole leg, which inflate with varied pressure levels to promote blood flow, better circulation, relax the muscles and help with tired or achy legs. There are adjustable pressure, sequence and time settings to suit everyone and your session will be programmed and monitored by us.
